OK here's an update,
I went with the iDatalink ADS-AL-CA module and installed everything in "Data Mode". I have run into a couple issues. After I programmed the module (i have the ADS-USAB cable and an account on their site) the alarm and keyless entry worked (doors would lock and unlock) via remote. When you try to engage the remote start, the screen on the remote says "Feature Not Available". I checked my connections and tried to re-set and re-program the module, which I did successfully. Now the alarm still works via remote however now the keyless entry does not work and the remote start still does not engage, with the remote displaying "Feature Not Available". I'm a little confused so I figured I post up before I go any further. Any ideas? Thank you!

One update that I see :

H2/10 is (-) Ignition Output and should not be connected at all.

Did you get the DBI-AL(DL) FM4 firmware flashed ( not ADS-AL(DL) FM4 ) ?

Did you set the Install Mode to Data ( one blink ) and lock it in ?

Did the bypass module programming follow the install guide ( including the KLON portion ) ?

Soldering is fun!

Hi Kreg,
Thank you for the feedback. To answer your questions:
H2/10 is (-) Ignition Output and should not be connected at all: Will disconnect.
Did you get the DBI-AL(DL) FM4 firmware flashed ( not ADS-AL(DL) FM4 )? No I did not, not sure how to do this? I don't see it on the iDatalink website?
Did you set the Install Mode to Data ( one blink ) and lock it in ? Yes and Yes
Did the bypass module programming follow the install guide ( including the KLON portion )? Yes, and it showed it was programmed correctly.
One thing I did not do and was trying to figure out was how to change the DEI module from manual to automatic.
Thanks,
Adrian

When you flash the module, it should present you menus where you can select certain items.  In your case, you want to

go with the D2D connection to a Viper R/S unit.  The standard D2D communications method ( ADS ) will not work with
your Viper unit, so you must select DBI firmware that will allow proper communications between the two modules.

Changing the Viper programming to Automatic Transmission ( Menu 3, Item 1, Opt 2 ) can be done with the remotes.

First make sure they are paired, then follow the Install guide.  It takes some patients and trail and error the first time,
so don't get frustrated.  There have been many posts to this very subject.   You will also want to change over to
Engine Checking = Tach Mode ( Menu 3, Item 2, Opt 4 ) and do the Tach Learn process.

Soldering is fun!

I appreciate it Kreg! The latest update is....I GOT EVERYTHING TO WORK! I went back on the iDatalink website and found the correct firmware flash you mentioned. Then I went and reprogrammed the module. Once that was done I was able to program the Viper unit to AT. Took me a few tries, but I got it. After that I tested the unit and it worked! I also installed the smart start module and got that all working too, however its not receiving a signal since I put the car back together. I'm going to reposition the smart start module this weekend. Thanks again for all the help, I could not have done it without everyone's input. So greatly appreciated.
