I have a Clifford Matrix 10 security system in my car that I had installed years ago. the active arming via transmitter is the only way the system arms. I have the manual I found online but it does not indicate how to program passive arming feature. Any help would be appreciated.

Turn the ignition on then off press the valet switch for three seconds the horn will beep once indicating access to menu 1 press the valet switch one more time and hold then press unlock on the remote and the horn should sound twice indicating passive arming .If you want passive locking release the valet switch the press and release the valet switch 5 times then press the valet switch one more time and hold it the horn should sound 5 times then press unlock on the remote and the horn should chirp two times indicating passive locking . To exit programming turn ignition on then off . Hope this helps
