Just installed a astrostart rs-721 with a idatalink tb in a 2000 ford ranger followed directwire for wiring and tested all wires with digital multimeter. Truck had no power door locks. Now customer is saying 4x4 is not working. My fault I did not test before. Where should u start if not fuses
Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the ignition switch wires are powered properly. Directwire shows that vehicle has one ignition, two accessory wires. Does the grey / YELLOW drop out when cranking? BLACK/ light green also? Does the 4x4 not work with either the key and remote start? Assuming it's a switch on the dash...is it plugged in?
