OK did you also diode hood and trunk?
If not that's your answer.
Plan B Dome supervision and turn off door error, BLACK/ pink GECM, gray plug, pin 3.

Your circuit per door should look like this:-

Yes I did trunk also, his unit didn't come with a hood pin. I did use the BLACK/ pink domelight supv wire and the diodes look exactly how the diagram is. Which is why I'm stumped. With door trigger error turned off, wouldn't it still go off after the gecm "goes to sleep?"

When it goes to sleep then wakes up the earlier Ford GEM module sent a pulse at roughly 30-40 minute intervals. The double diode ideas is to block that pulse'
If you use the BLACK/ pink* you shouldn't need the diodes except for the trunk wire which only requires the one diode between where you joined to it and the BCM.
*Using the dome supervisor wire means you don't have to connect individual door pins.

When I used the double diodes, I didn't get any error signals (2chirps) with the door and / or the trunk open when I press arm (to test the unit) I used 1 diode for both just to see and it have me the error chirps, but it went off when it went to sleep

Disconnect from the door pins. Use only domelight supervision.

From the vehicle database it says blk/pnk @gecm gry plug pin 3 as door trigger..then the other which velocity motors wrote for user Patel, its the same wire color, location and all, but instead of being labeled door trigger, it says done supervision. Maybe this is where I'm confused?

Yes forget door pins, just wire your door trigger to that wire.

This is what I did and I'm still getting the error...without diodes, with double diodes and with 1 diode

OK use only pink black and diode + to domelight, band towards the light.
That's a trick from later Fords where the GEM and fusebox were combined to become the CEM module.
