Electronically there's no difference use the fourth if you prefer. Unlike the diagram, you will need to diode 1N4004 across the coil, band to 86 when it's the POS (+) side.

No 4 is incorrect, use 3 because the "switch" is your lock module, here's the corrected version. My way will keep your OEM remote working:-
