Hoping someone can help with this one.
I have a reversing camera that comes on when reverse is selected (obviously). But I also want to add a switch to override that and be able to turn on the camera when I feel like it. Can this be achieved with relay?? I was trying to find anything about two inputs and one output, but cannot find anything.

No just power supply to switch to rev camera then a 3 amp diode on each before the join should be sufficient to bring on the camera without bringing on the back-up lights.
