I had my alarm installed by someone else. Its a Crime Guard 745i. And now that I'm getting a bigger and better sound system and seeing that the 'brain' of the alarm is just right up underneath the steering column, in plain view if you look under there. So I need to relocate it, but how would I go about extending those wires connected to it? They're in harnesses arent they? (well the plugs) Thanks

Just cut and solder the extensions onto the wiring harness. Make sure you use the same gauge wires for the main ignition wires.
