Having a strange problem after a year with this system. Have a 2003 Ford F250 7.3l. Never had problems with the door locks until recently. The drone mobile app and the key fob will unlock my doors just fine, but it won't lock them. It'll make the sound and even chirp my alarm, but it does nothing to try and move the locks into locking position. I'm hoping the wire used for lock that ties into my door locks didn't come undone. Just haven't had time to look yet. I've tried resetting the key fob which doesn't work either. Any ideas why this could be happening besides a loose or broken wire?

Wanted to update that I tried to lock/unlock my doors with the original key fob and that works just fine. This definitely shows its compustar side and not factory equipment related

Yep. Wire came undone somehow. All fixed.
