So I bought the XKLOADER2 with my 5706V and 535T. I got everything installed and working. I didn't realize when I went to install the software from expresskit.com that it was going to require a dealership to access it... VIP Software For XKLoader2 -- posted image.

I scoured the forum but haven't been able to find it. Am I missing something? I really don't want to have to register as a dealer just to get the VIP software for my one install, and my install makes using remote programming a royal PITA. Is there anyone who has a dealership that could send it to me?

xpresskits is long gone, but you can still flash with Directechs. But Yes you need to an authorized dealer to flash.. might want to try asking bestbuy if they can flash for you
