Do these need to be diode isolate if wiring to all 4 lights. Not using a interface box. Or be safe to tie into all 4. If need a diode, what size would that be.

Yes, you must isolate. If you don't strange things might happen. Like turning on the Left Turn Signal and all 4 Parking Lights will flash. Check the gauge of the wires but I'm guessing 3 Amp diodes will work OK.
An alternate way to do it would be with a (-) Parking Light Output through a 1,680 Ohm resistor to this wire at the steering column Headlight connector :
Parking Lamp (-)     BLUE (- 1680 OHMS)     STEERING COLUMN BLACK 16 PIN CONN, PIN 14
You can make a 1,680 ohm resistor many ways. A 1k ohm resistor in series with a 680 ohm resistor, or two 3.3 k ohm resistors in parallel...
