Hello,
I have a question about the starting circuit on a 1999 rav4. I need to bypass the clutch start switch. Would it work and be safe to wire the unit’s start wire after the clutch switch as shown or do I absolutely need to use a relay to bypass the clutch switch?
Also, I plan to wire in a safety circuit to have the parking brake and a proximity sensor allow the vehicle to remote start. I plan to wire these in to the hood pin input.
Thanks!1999 Toyota Rav4, Bypass Clutch Start Switch -- posted image.
