electrical stop working but car runs

Hi have anyone had this problem, my car as i was backing up out of my driveway the electrical in my car (90' toyota celica) stopped working. I had my a/c on and noticed it stop working all the sudden, then i pressed all the buttons nothing works, it was getting hot so i rolled down the windows, it didn't work, then i tried to open the sunroof, it wouldn't open either, i was stuck in a hot car. Please help i need help. oh ya and also on the gauge cluster the speedometer and gasoline indicator both work, but battery meter, temperature meter, and rpm didn't work either. I have no idea of what is going on can someone help please. Thanks.

i would go and check all the fuses and breakers. Mainly the main fuses under the hood (check right off the battery lead)
