need help: fogs and remote start

i forgot to mention, that i have a single lamp headlight which uses the same bulb for low and high beams. If i tap onto the low beam wire and they stay on while i'm using the high beams will the extra draw placed on the system cause problems? :( i'm having such trouble with these stupid fog lights... thanks.

In my last post I stated that I would try the low beam tap, but I decided to wait until I was sure that is a safe way of doing it. Any suggestions....This can't be that hard of a problem? i'm looking for a solution where I can run my fogs and have a source to turn them off wnen the key is removed. anyone please... Can I also get the relay diagram if you have one for the fogs that has to include a switch. Thanks
