Is there a way i can bypass the alarm trig input only when i use the remotes trunk release and keep it bypassed while the trunk is open the reason i need to do this is becuase the alarm does not disarm itself when you open the trunk with the remote. I'll first have to disarm alarm then press trunk release button

What kind of alarm do you have? I'm assuming it's aftermarket. If it is aftermarket, does it have it's own key fob/transmitter or does the alarm operate utilizing the factory keyless entry fob from you cars manufacturer.
What kind of car are we talking about here>?

The alarm I have is an autopage rs-850 lcd it does not disarm itself when you use the trunk release. Also there isn't any program where you can change this the only option i can program it to do is disarm the factory alarm upon trunk release with the remote wich when programed it will it will pulse the disarm wire when you push the trunk release button.
