Depending on the car ther is 2 different options for door locks

1.  Lock       Pink at the BCM

     Unlock   Brown at the BCM

You can use these only if the car has front left and right window anti pinch system

2.     lock       pink/blue   drivers door switch

unlock    WHITE/ blue drivers door switch   Unlock is a double pulse  with    the first pulse disarming the alarm and the second unlocking the doors.

To add to this post,
The BCM / ECU is located to the left of the steering column. You will also find your doorpins, hoodpin, trunk pin and trunk release wires there.
If you are familiar with relays, you can use your auxillary channels from you alarm or remote start unit to extend the pulse of your lock & unlock wires to roll the windows up/down.
Hope this helps
