I've had my 6 1/2" pioneer flip out tv cd/dvd in my car for over 7 months. Just recently, I'm having a recurring problem. When riding down the road and hitting a bump,
my tweeters starts making a popping sound, and no music coming out of any of my speakers. Turn the volume all the way down, and the tweeters still pop. Disconnected the tweeters, and still every time I hit a bump, music stops playing through my other speakers. Nothing wrong with the unit, everything playing and the screen is fine.
All the connections are soldered, so I'm a little lost.
Could the tweeters have messed my speaker outputs up, or could it be a ground issue?

It sounds like you have a lose wire some where.  Check all of your wiring again.  You could have a wire that is skinned and when you hit a bump it grounds out.
