anything special about this car? looking to do a Pioneer head unit, XM receiver, Front&Rear speakers, and tweeters. is this car equipped with Bose? anyone have any experience with it?

The radio really cannot be removed. It has a ribbon cable on the rear of a slide-in sleeve. If you cut into the ribbon cable, all sorts of things can go wrong since the system uses the infamous GM Class 2. Only thing you can do is relocate the radio behind the dash and install an entirely new audio system (radio and amps). The speakers in the vehicle range from 2 to 12 ohm, so they typically have to be replaced as well.
