www.piaa.com <--- All PIAA lighting produts include everything you need to install the system out of the box.
ie. Light assembly, relay, fuse, switch, screws & tape, installation manual.
They are manufactured to comply with all safety and road laws that may be required.
It comes down to what style and size your require.

About $750.00 to fit a pair of foglamps? Jeeze, for that I'll fly there and still make money! Seriously- there are several manufacturers on your side of the Atlantic that know something about lighting- Cibie, Hella, Bosch,
Marchal, even Lucas. I don't know if your road laws require they dip left- if so, you're pretty much out of luck here. If you want to try PIAA as Teken suggests, or any I've mentioned, go shopping at Halfords. They seem to have everything. That 85mm diameter is going to be a bit of a bear to find... Also- do a Google search for foglamps on the web, and try eBay.

Y'know, there is a Kia dealer not terribly far from me, not too far off path to my shop. I'll stop in tomorrow and ask.

Thanks for all the advice, and help. I need to know where I can get these lamps retail, I've tried halfords but that drew a blank expression from the temporary Christmas staff that served me....2002 kia sedona fog lights -- posted image.
