Hi all,
My wife just purchased a 1993 Grand Am with the Valet 552T remote starter in it. The DEI site's manual for this model is not at all what we have in the car. My best guess is that the model we have is older.
Would anyone happen to have a copy of the manual for this older 552T? Electronic copy preferred. :-)
Thanks in advance.
Greg

I beleive what you might have is a 551T. Have you pulledthe brain and seen what it says on it. Also how many harness does the brain have plugged into it?

The brain says 552T on it, there are three harnesses, no jumpers, a bank of dip-switches inside with the status LED beside them and the antenna is hard wired into the brain.
