I just bought the Clarion DXZ835MP deck and the wiring harness came with two yellow wires.  One is a "memory backup lead" with a 15 amp fuse and the other is a "bus power lead" with a three amp fuse.  The instructions say for each one to connect each of the wires directly to the battery.  Does this mean that I connect both wires to the yellow on my car's wiring harness?  Where should I be connecting the two wires to my car's wiring harness?  I have a 97 Honda Civic LX.  I'm not really sure what to do with the two separate wires.  Any help would be much appreciated.  Thanks.

Both yellow leads are connected to the unswitched (constant) power lead in your wiring harness.  This is the blue/white wire in a 97 Honda Civic, but if you are smart you are using an after-market wiring harness adapter from Metra or Scosche, and that wire might be yellow.  It will be labeled "constant" or "battery" or something similar.  Hook 'em both to that.
