I have been drafted to put a headunit into the above mentioned vehicle. Metra Tech line says I am up the creek without a paddle because this vehicle has the old premium sound system and no bypass harness is available. The vehicle has no right channel output at all now front or rear. Don't know if its the stock radio or the stock amp. Any solution other than running new speaker wire?
Thanks in advance

If it has door and dash speakers just run new wires. It will add no more than 45 minutes to your job.
Someone pass me that bottle.

Yeah just run new wires- either to the speakers, or from the deck to the amp (somewhere in the back) and tag onto its outputs.  I've seen a similar problem with this same car, only a constant buzzing sound in the speakers on the right side.  The amp was bad.
My ex once told me I have a perfect face for radio.

Thanks for your input. I think I'll run new wires from headuinit to amp location and inject a signal to indentify speaker wires.
