I've had the Omega alarm and remote start and echo pager, all made by omega, including the shock sensors etc etc. No problem so far, except that my remote-start almost always starts on second attempt, but that could be my vehicle's fuel pump delay. I think the alarm by Omega is quite nice really and have had no problems iwth it other than waking up at night to see who's messing with my car!

I've used plenty of omega stuff and haven't had a lot of problems. The gps2000 is not an alarm. It is a gps accessory device. You can add it to an alarm or remote start, but you don't even need them to use it. Check out gps2000online.com for info. But, essentially you can use the phone or internet to track your vehicle or activate vehicle functions (lock/unlock, horn honk, remote start).
