JL Audio does not sell through on-line retailers. Anything you find on-line will not be an authorized dealer and your warranty may be void. http://www.jlaudio.com/internetsales.html

I would buy from an authorzided dealer, just having peace of mind that you stuff in warranty is worth the extra money for me. I have crap go bad before and have it replaced for free vs. buying a new one is just so much more gratifying
