Just a simple question here fellas....

Can I use the wiring off the cigarette lighter in my 2002 diamante to power my 7" monitor? Or do I need to run different wires myself? I dont plan on keeping the cigarette lighter around because I dont use it. I have a separate aux power for my cell phone.

1 plus 1 equals 2

yeah, but just use the power wire from that and make your own ground somewhere else

power will be the wire on the bottom, the wire on the side is the ground
