I have (2) 15w6 woofers, but i found a deal on (2) 15w3s , if i put all 4 woofers on one mono block power amp, would it be ok, since they are all dual 6 ohms?

Are you going for 3 ohm bridged?  IF the deal is good enough, couldn't hurt to try it out.  Install each matching set in separate enclosures, arrange for the best sound.  Impedence matches, that's the important thing.  If it sounds awful, remove one of the boxes and sell it.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.
