Hello, I have a 2003 Mustang (cobra) with factory keyless entry.  I would like to know if anyone knows if/where there is a output on the factory keyless entry?  I would like to use that to control a remote window down feature on my vehicle, but I am unsure where to find the pinout for the outputs of the keyless entry system that came with the car?? ANY help on this would be much appreicated!!

If your using a window module, what you can do is use your door lock output from the alarm and it will roll up the windows when you arm the system.

That won't work, thats the point, I dont have a alarm, just the factory keyless, which is where I am having my issue, I need to see if there is a factory output since I don't have a alarm system...

No, all the window module requires is a single pulse from the LOCK wire and it will roll up the windows. Any KE, alarm or remote starter can do this with the window roll up module.

OH, I got you now... ok...

Do most people put them on the window roll up vs down?? I thought it would make more sence to make them down so that you can air the car out before you get there??  (which would still need the seperate one so that it doesn't roll down each time you unlock the car (aka rain)...

if I use the door lock for the trigger, would that mean that everytime I lock the car, the windows would roll up on me too?

The OEM system doesn't have an additional AUX output so it will have to be installed on the lock, unlock or the hatch release ( if applicable ). Not too many choices unless you go aftermarket.
