Does anyone know whats inside of the upper part (the non-screen part) of a ceiling mount/flipdown LCD? I see there are lights on it but is there a circuit board or something inside of that part? I've asked everywhere and not one person can answer me
Reason being: I would like to cut off almost that entire part and just leave the hinge (and obviously have to relocate whatever is inside there somewhere else) but if the circuit board or whatever inside that part is too huge it might not work.

Thanks

Most screens I have seen have just the lights but nothing else. Since you didnt specify the screen type I cant tell you for sure but if you do tell me I still may not beable to tell you if I havent delt with it before
