greetings from the new guy in the cayman islands.. heres the prob... is there a simple way to build a latching relay circuit for multiple components where each momentary button that is pushed for a separate component turns off the one before it???... like a display for audio equipment! or am i stuck with buying an expensive switching unit??. any help would be greatly appreciated!!

i saw that but how do i wire so that when i push the button for the second component, the first one switches off?? only want one component in the circuit on at a time!.. thnks for being the only person trying to help!!

I have not played with the setup to see how it works but, what you will need to do is find out what it takes to shut the circuit off, then wire the other component switches to supply that.
Dependent upon how many you want to run it might behove you to just buy a switching device anyway.
