how to Stop the rattling?

i have a 15" Rockford Fosgate HX2. this sub hits but my trunk rattles to no avail, is there anything i can do?

take all the plastic pieces out of your trunk, and tighten everything that can be tightened, the get some fatmat or brown bread and cover everything, double up on the lid, and adjust the rubber feet on the lid if you have some.... don't use dynomat-it costs to much and other product produce the same results

haha, just kidding, but ice has the right idea about this, the tighter things are the less they can vibrate.

Also put some dynomat behind your license plate as that tends to rattle alot.

Yea some kid came into work wot the same problem i just took off all the plastic peices i coule and inbetween where the platic touches any metal of any part of the trunk i threw somw dynamat or dum dum (guey black stuff) in between that trunk didnt make a sound after that... but ice was right after you do what i said tighten the craop out of everything.
