has anyone purchsed this diode off e-bay????
i need some right away and was thinking about geetting them from ebay. they are around 4-5 bucks for 100pcs.
sound like a good deal????

thats not that bad a deal, I usually pay about $3 for 100, but then shipping is on top of that and minimums orders and all. So sounds like an ok deal to me... radio shack it probably the equivalent of $30 for 100 hah...

not really... jameco.com will get about $12 ($0.01 each) for 1200, but its not a bad deal $0.033 each
