PLEASE PLEASE ,

does anyone know where to find the wiring dagram for the 1999 ECHO. I'm desperate ... I need to connect a tachometer.

man i spent a good 30min looking for you (it was bugging the crap out of me) and i just couldn't find one eather...im positive you can call the car dealer and ask for one

I called the dealer today and they say: we do not import this model .. so it's at  your own risk and peril to find your diagram. I even asked them to service my car .. and guess what ... they told me to come in next week ... aha .. that means they can service the car but cant get a wiring diagram ... strange .. really strange ... they just are Bulloc*ks.

Try a black wire at the diognostic plug under the driver's dash.

I have tried that ... but the tach just gives a kick and comes back to the zero reading.

try a yellow wire at the top of the engine, test with your meter set to AC volts. I've also seen it labeled as a GREEN/ red wire at the coil module under the hood as well. Good Luck!

is it the group of wires coming from the spark plug bay?

If yes .. there is a yellow wire in there.

I will try if u confirm wire location. Anu pics to help please.
