Hi, when I enter the User feature Program mode by entering my Valet code & holding the * button for 3 seconds, the LED comes on but there is no Chirp to acknowledge this(i.e. that I've entered the feature mode).Furthermore, there is no chirp whenever I select a Column or Row, so I cannot tell whether a feature has been changed or not. If nothing is selected, the alarm exits the feature mode as normal by sounding 3 chirps.

What could be wrong, since the siren seems to be functioning alright.

Is there anyway of reseting the system to Factory mode so that I could program all the features again.

Any feedback much appreciated

I have programmed Clifford's by making my selection and waiting a few seconds before pushing the * side to move down the column. However, if that model (I cant remember) is compatible with Cliffnet wizard, take it into your local dealer and have them hook the PC up to it. You can make all changes etc. that way. Possibly find out what the problem is as well. Good luck.
