Just curious if anyone owns a DEI 450t channel expander?

Just looking for some comments on it, how it works, stuff like that.  Does it come with another remote you have to use, or can you use your existing remote for the extra channels?  I'm assuming you'll have to hold down a button (like a SHIFT button) to access the other channels?

Thanks for any info/comments/suggestions.

In order to use this, The system you want to hook it to must have a validity output, a delayed validity output will not work. To create channel 1, hold down the button that creates a validity output for 2 seconds. Channel 2 , press button once, release, and then hold for 2 seconds. Channel 3, press button twice, then hold down for 2 seconds, and so on for I think 6 channels .  All channels are programmable as well. Works great for operating multiple sliders, etc, but if using all 6 channels it might become complicated.

Man, and I thought it would be annoying to have to use a "shift" button, but this is even more complicated.  That's a lot of steps just to activate a channel...especially like 5 or 6.
