hornet alarms

i have a hornet 730t alarm and i have every thing but the remote i am going to get a remote thats not a problem i have the brain witch has a wire digram on the back i know were all the wires go except the (-)valet/switch input. what does that do do i neeed it and were does it go. another question is can i put a neg. door switch on the tail gate or my 85 s10 blazer so the alarm goes off when the tail gate goes down like the door or the hood. i think i could put it on the auxiliary channe 2 but im not sure some one help plzz

Are you sure it isnt a 732T, or a 737T?

The PDF for the 730T is not listed on the DEI site, here is the 732T. Follow the link, it should be fairly close.
