Sounds like you are referring to a tachless set up.

Use the tach wire on the car ( BLUE wire at 16 pin white or gray plug to the left of the fusebox or by the distributor )

no....sorry for misunderstandment.......everything is already hooked up even with the tach wire, but the tach wire does not have an option for programming...its like automatic, but ever since like a couple of weeks it only starts on the second try of remote starting and not the first....it would crank the first time then it would start the 2nd time

Assuming we are still speaking about the same thing. And it is indeed a true tach connection. Perhaps you should be looking at some vehicle maintenance.
ie. Electrical, ignition, etc.

How about you supply us with some information like the brand and model RS??
If the unit is set for voltage sense, and the battery is low, etc the unit will not operate consistently.
If the unit is using key based bypass module when the weather becomes extreme, the resistance changes, and thus causes problems because the expected value is not correct.
If the unit has a RS engage, then this too could be set too low, during cold starts, or low voltage conditions.
You should look into the crank time, being used.
There are 9999 other reasons, all of which do not apply to the RS.
Food for thought
