I need info on CD changers

i need to know what changers use a RCA audio interconnet to connect with the HU or RF adapter

reason: i am looking for a FM transmitter to use with my DVD player.  I want to keep the stock(well semi stock) JBL system in my ford explorer..i dont want to use a cheap @$$ handheld rf transmitter i want one that gets hard wired in..pluge in inbetween the antenna and the deck(or in my case the stereo controller in the back)

if you have one you can let go cheap please let me know!!!

what year is your explorer? im asking because 95-97 jbl systems have the rear tuner.  if thats the case plan on ripping apart the pass side rear deck and buying some antenna adapters for the fm mod.

its a 95 XLT with the JBL

i know the deck controller is in the back of the passenger campartment right next to the stock sub

i have already taped into the factory sub setup and added an amp and bigger sub

i plan on removing the entire rear setup someday so i wanna run everything to the location it will be permantly as much as possable..the fm mod will need to get moved (maby) to the front of the car if i cant find a setup like i want.

what adapters will i need for the antenna?

it looked like it was the same as a normal antenna set-up to me? but i have not seen the truck for 5 months now thanks to my insurance company....

search the web for fd10 and fd20.  i think those are the right ones.  one changes it to a standard antenna for the fm mod and the other changes it back to ford style to plug into the tuner.  also, you can avoid taking the rear panel apart by splicing into the antenna in the pass side kick panel.  there is a break in the wire there so chck that out before you take anything apart it can save tons of time.  then it would be easy to get your power for the mod from the deck as well.  shops like best buy and circuit city would have those adapters if you need them.

good luck let me know if i was correct on this
