3/4" plexi would work. thats what i had on my box when i used a plexi window. someone correct me if im wrong here... but probably anything under 3/4" would flex.

Just like fiberglass it depends. How much power are your subwoofers going to see, how big is your enclosure and what's the size of the plexiglass window?

It depends on how big the plexiglass is.  I have a sealed box with 2 12" MTX 8000's and have 2 12"x12" holes with 1/4" plexi over it and it doesnt flex.  If you're going to be using big pieces of plexi like a whole side, then I would say go with at least half, but it all depends on how much power and the dimensions of the box.

you can use half inch, thats good enough, 3/4 is expensive... but if you use half inch, put small peices across to support it... use methyl chloride to bond the pieces together, it makes it a solid piece and looks cool

How can you say half inch is good enough without knowing anything about the enclosure except that it is for a pair of twelves? And you don't brace a plexiglass box with small pieces. That looks terrible and ruins the whole idea of having a see through enclosure.
