I've installed a remote starter in my 2001 ZTS everything went just fine until i tried to hook up the trunk actuator to the remote module. It seems that when the remote starter is operationnal ( waiting for a start command ) the trunk release doesn't work. But if it is not armed, the trunk can be opened using the remote starter. The trunk release switch near the steering wheel doesn't work either but only when the remote starter is off. I have hooked up the negative output of the remote module to the BLACK / YELLOW of the central locking module ( which is the same as the BLACK / YELLOW found on the trunk release switch). Then I've suspected that electrical noise on this wire could be the problem. I have then isolated the circuit using a relay( see the diagram). Still have the same problem.

Any idea someone ? Should I send some +12v to the motor itself instead ?Remote start trunk problem -- posted image.
