Look at all the lock/unlock wires make sure you did not shave any the insalation off, causing it to short out. And doulbe check that you got the colors right. And see if they right place in the harndess that goes to the brain. such as the purple wire is in the first one etc. Saw that a couple of times.

coming off the brain in the lock harness should be: WHITE/ black
BROWN / black
purple
PURPLE / black
GREEN/ black
blue/black
For using aftermarket actuators...
WHITE/ black andBROWN / black go to ground
Purple and PURPLE / black go to 12v(fused)
GREEN/ black and Blue/black one to each wire from the actuator(depending on the actuator will depend on what one is lock and un lock.)
