Hello, I was wondering if anyone knew how to hook up the remote door locks from a remote car starter on a 1993 Dodge ram diesel. The output on the remote car starter for door lock wires are negative. I would like to know the wiring diagram to hook up the door locks.

Also if Jeff is reading this on my other question, the glow plug wire on the remote starter is positive, so I will have to use the relay with the 2, 12volt wires right? thanks for all your help Jeff that is awsome.1993 Dodge Ram remote door locks - Last Post -- posted image.

Hey Dereck;

That is correct about the relay. IT's the one that you need to convert a negative output signal to a (+) signal that the RS unit can use.
