clifford arrow 5 install manual

i had a clifford arrow 5 alarm installed in my van earlier this year.  i added door lock actuators, and need to wire them in.  i have done this many times, but the installer provided me with no install manual, and refuses to tell me which wires are lock/unlock.  where can i get an install manual for this unit?  do i need to use two double pole relays to hook them up, or are there relays onboard that will handle the actuators?  thanks for any help.
