what kind of relays do i need for auto start and starter kill?

Just a 30amp 4 or 5 pin relay will be fine.

can i use that for both(auto start and starter kill)?

I'm not sure what you are asking about autostart, but you can used these style relays to power extra ignition wires or for door locks or starter kill etc...

Just stick with the standard SPDT, or single pole double throw relays.
