99 Sunfire starter question

Hi, im a new member here and id like some information in regaurds to the 99 Sunfire.

Can someone please tell me before i install a starter how i can tell if the car is Passlock 1 or 2. I have 2 different bypass modules for the car and not sure how i can diagnoss b4 the install.

Notes:
NOTE: This vehicle has a the PASSLOCK I key based engine disabling system. Use DEI part number 555t or 555L to bypass during remote start. *1 The engine harness is found next to the battery, below the radiator hose, just above the transaxle. *2 Non keyless cars, locks are 5wi (type C) and they are mastered from the passenger side switch. Keyless cars, locks are positive trigger (type A). *3 The GREEN/ black is located in the lower drivers kick panel. It catches the drivers door only. The light blue is located in the lower passenger kick panel, and catches the passenger door(s). Tap both wires and diode isolate each. *4 The keyless module is located in the left side of the trunk behind the rear seat.

That is the same wiring diagram between for both Passlock 1 and 2 is it not??

This car has passlock 1, I normally use the PLXR antitheft bypass, never tried DEI's pieces for it. The passlock 1 cars have a "theft system" light usually on the left side of the instrument cluster.
I tell it like it is...
