Hello, I recently installed in a 04 GMC Sierra. I normally use Crimestopper's GM-U7 in this vehicle for the reason that I can control the databus functions and bypass Passlock II in one unit, but for this particular vehicle I did not have a GM-U7 available to me and instead I used a GMLK-U to control the door locks and 2 relays with resistor for the Passlock II. When I attempted to test the resistance of the Passlock system, I could not get a reading. I cut the YELLOW wire in half, exposed the ORG/BLK and tried to get a resistance from the key side of the YELLOW and the ORG/BLK like I have always done and no luck. I was wondering if anyone here has actually used the relays/resistor to bypass this vehicle or has any explaination to why I could not get a reading. Thanks!

The 03 and newer Gm trucks have multiple small guage yellow wires. be sure to follow the one from the cylinder itself to ensure you have the right yellow wire.
