Our shop recently started useing these for our bypasses Does anyone have ANY tech info regarding reseting programming to default or any additional info other than the instructions that come with them?? If ya do PLEASE let me know.. So far I have had no complaints other than their tech support guy doesn't answer his phone and when he does he usually sounds pissed off.... Another great thing would be a full application guide (like DEI's per vehicle) like I said any info would be great!!!
Thanks tons.... this could save me hours of research...

I found they don't answer there phone much either, also the 3 days after christmas they had an answering service say "this is a statuatory holiday... " I know certain businesses take off time for holidays but I dont know about that much time.

strange... i've only ever called them once or twice but they answered my question right away.... i do find that some of their modules are not that user friendly and for that reason we also stock a lot of DEI modules.... essentially i use whichever module is best based on a specific application....
