Would appreciate any help on locating on-line web resourses and packaged CD's for vehicle wiring specs-colors, locations, pictures, etc?

Basically where in the heck do some of the forum members obtain this info?

I have installed a few remote start-alarms and find a lot of my time is searching under the dash...

There are wiring Diagrams listed on this site for lots of vehicles. Another quick site to reference is www.bulldogsecurity.com. there alarms suck, but there info is pretty up to date.
