i put the viper in my mustang. and the alarm goes off on its own almost on schedual. i havent timed it but ever 45-60 mins the alarm goes off for no reason. i have the sensitivity turned all the way down. what could be causing this? i check all my conections and they are tight, eve resoldered a few to insure no cold solder joints.

youll need to add two more diode inline of the door triggers, band facing door trigger.
the green door trigger wire from 350hv needs to go b/t the diodes and the door switch.

did you have separate door triggers that you had to hook up.  If you did then you need to diode isolate the door triggers from each other and from the factory module system.  I'm not talking about a normal diode isolation, you have to cut the factory wiring and place a diode in line.  The reason is the factory module shuts down after about 45 min and sends a negative pulse on the door wire, which in turn sets off your alarm.  If you had two separate door triggers one for the driver's side and one for the passenger side then send me a pm or post again and I'll see if I can't find the diagram or i'll make another.  Check my previous posts, I think I may have posted this diagram before.

Or you can grab the domelight wire as the door trigger. The problem is the gem is shutting down causing the alarm to think that the door opened.
