I'm putting in a new headunit for a 2002 Lincoln Town Car. I noticed on the wiring harness into the car that there is a "Amp Ground" wire. This car doesn't have an amp. Do I just tape this off or do I actually need to use it? If I do need to use it, can I just crimp that wire to the ground on the harness and the new headunit? Thanks in advance to those who reply.

Just cap it off. If you do need to use it, crimp it with chassis ground.
