You should use a Line Out Convertor to get rca outputs from the speaker outs of your factory deck (if thats what you have). Send the rca outputs of the LOC to the amp for the main speakers.

These Blaupunkt speakers are alot better then those Pioneers. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-k0inQe9ywIC/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=51800&I=023TSX542 If you have to buy from Wal-Mart I guess those Pioneers will be ok.

I bought the Pioneers from Wal Mart, I know I know, its what I did though, anyways, anyone have any diagrams to hooking up stock door speakers to an amp? Thanks.

I'm not quite sure what you're looking for. Observe polarity and the load on the amplifier and you should have no issues. Do you have a specific question?

I was just confused on the wiring for the stock speakers, there are two wires that go to each speaker from the deck, instead of putting them to the deck do you just run them to the amp? Thanks.

Yes. One speaker per channel. Positive to positive. Negative to negative.
