I have a 2002 tahoe with a factory deck,  2 orion speakers in the front doors, and boston accoustics in the rear, I also have a 1200watt orion amp with 1000watt sub.

Recently when i play my radio i have no sound coming from the left rear door speaker. If i adjust the balance and it turn it up full blast you can hear a faint sound from the speaker, but will not get loud. I tested the speaker and its fine. All the other speakers work fine. Could the deck die out on me on that rear channel?

When i had my factory speakers they were 4ohm in the front and 8ohm in the back.  I then changed it to 4ohm all around.

Any help would be appreciated

you either have a factory amp going bad, or a bad factory deck.
